Online Communication

It is our aim to always work closely, in partnership with parents and carers.

Parents and carers are always welcome to chat to a member of staff at any time during drop off, pick up or you can call us during session times or email us to discuss your child. We hold key person consultations for an in depth meeting about your child's learning and development.

There are also a number of ways online that you can keep up to date with your child's learning and development at Pre-school. 

We use Tapestry as our primary source of communication to work in partnership with parents.

Tapestry has multiple functions, not only can you view your child’s personal online learning

journal with records of photos and observations of your child you can also view documents

and memos which will include information, updates, newsletters, fee reminders and emergency

closures due to weather etc.

We ask new families to fill in an “About me” section so we can get to know your child in depth

before they start attending Pre-school, we use this to help build picture of how we can tailor their learning

to meet their unique needs and interests.

We have a private Facebook group where we share updates and information for current staff and families,

the contents cannot be viewed by anyone that is not a member of the group.
